Lateef Ask Buttigieg a Question NAACP Escorts Him Out!!
NAACP is the oldest Civil Rights Organization in America. Has it lost its way? Pete Buttigieg, mayor of South Bend, was the keynote speaker at their 50th anniversary of the NAACP dinner. At that dinner Achebe Lateef, a member of Economic Freedom Fighters Indiana, ask the mayor about release the tapes that he used as justification to demote South Bend's first Sheriff of African descent. The tapes recorded South Bend officers using racist languange about Cheif Boykins and South Bend's citizens of African descent. Pete Buttigieg says he hasn't heard the tapes, but used the tapes as evidence to demote Chief Boykins. The officers recorded using the racist language suffered no repercussions. Mr. Lateef asked a legitimate question. Yet, he was escorted out of the event. How is it that Chrystal Radcliffe would have Lateef marched out the door and Buttigieg to continue to sit on the stage. Buttigieg has protected the officers that killed Eric Jack Logan, a man of African descent shot down in cold blood by South Bend police. How is it that the NAACP protects this white man from being asked a legitimate question by a man of African descent? Has the NAACP lost its way? What say you?
